24/7 AI Receptionist
An AI receptionist on its own phone line, trained on your business, tested before launch and read every month. Founding build $1,500 for the first few clients, then $3,500; $297 a month including the phone line.
Run · 24/7 AI Receptionist · built and looked after by one person
A 24/7 AI receptionist that answers the calls you’re missing.
Every call answered. Every message in your inbox.
When you’re on a job, with a client, or closed for the night, your phone still gets picked up. Your AI Front Desk answers on its own phone line, trained on your business, takes a proper message, confirms the caller’s number and email, and puts calls through to you during your hours. You get an email after every call. I build it, test it, and tune its knowledge base every month.
Every call that goes unanswered is a call your competitor gets to answer. As more businesses put AI on their phones, the ones still sending callers to voicemail will be the ones left behind. Now is the time to get in front of the queue.
Founders offer: the first 10 clients get the full build for $1,500 fixed. Prefer a person? Call (754) 302-4631, Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Eastern. Outside those hours, text instead.

It says it’s an assistant. It doesn’t pretend to be a person.
The problem
The call you never hear about is the one your competitor answered.
You’re on a job, with a client, or asleep. The phone rings out. Most callers don’t leave a voicemail. They try the next name on the list, and you never find out who they were.
Sources: CallRail press release, July 2026 (platform average; CallRail doesn’t publish the sample); CallRail consumer survey of 1,000 US adults, 2025. These are averages and survey answers, not a forecast for your business. Your own call log is the number that matters.
You’ll often see “85% never call back” quoted. I couldn’t find a study behind it, so I don’t use it. The honest version is enough.
The live demo
Don’t take my word for it. Talk to the one on this site.
The assistant in the corner of this page runs on the same setup your receptionist would use on the phone. Open it, speak to it, and try to trip it up. Ask it something it shouldn’t know. Ask for a price it hasn’t been given. Leave a message and watch how it checks your number and email.
What it does with your message is what yours would do: I get an email a minute or two after the conversation ends.
What it does
A front desk that knows your business and admits what it doesn’t.
Answers your phone
A local number it answers, or your existing number forwarded to it when you don’t pick up. Day, night and weekends, in a calm voice that sounds like your business.
Puts calls through in your hours
During your working hours it can transfer the caller straight to you. Outside them it takes the message and says when you’re back.
Messages you can act on
It only collects the essentials: name, phone number, email, website address, and the reason for calling. The agent does not and will not ask for or collect sensitive personal information. The details are asked one at a time and read back to confirm. No garbled voicemails.
Email and text after every call
Who it was, how to reach them, how urgent it is, and a short summary with a log of the interaction. A text alert too, if you want one.
Built on what’s true
A knowledge base written from your services, prices, hours and policies. When it doesn’t know, it says so and takes a message. It doesn’t invent a refund policy.
Tested before launch
Automated test calls, including awkward callers and trick questions, run before it goes live and again after every change.
Website chat, if you want it
An optional add-on: the same assistant on your website, where visitors can type or talk. The phone comes first.
Monthly Knowledge Tuning
An AI left alone can hit dead ends. I monitor the system’s performance to catch new customer questions it couldn’t answer. I then update its knowledge base so your AI gets smarter every month and never gives out-of-date information.
Weekly in the first month, then monthly, for as long as you’re on the plan. It’s included in the $297.
How it works
From first call to live, in this order.
Fast build, slow telecom. The receptionist itself is built and tested in about one to two weeks, and it can start answering calls as soon as you approve it. Text alerts need US carrier approval for business texting (A2P 10DLC registration), which can take extra time. Until that clears, you still get the email after every call.
- Step 1
Fit call.
Twenty minutes, free. How calls reach you now and what you miss. If you get a handful a week, I’ll tell you to answer them yourself.
- Step 2
Intake.
A 45-minute call and whatever you have written down: services, prices, hours, the questions you answer every day.
- Step 3
Build and write.
The phone line, the knowledge base, the voice, the rules about what it can’t promise, the message steps and the email to you.
- Step 4
Test and review.
Automated test calls, then you ring it yourself. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with how it talks about your business.
- Step 5
Live, then looked after.
Calls start going to it; text alerts switch on when carriers approve. It’s tuned weekly in the first month, then monthly, so its answers stay current.
Pricing
One build. One monthly plan. The phone line is included.
Off-the-shelf AI receptionists start at around $50 to $300 a month, and you set them up yourself. A human answering service starts near $300 a month for a few dozen calls. This sits in between: I write the knowledge base, test it, and tune it every month. You’re paying for that care, not the software.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers.
How much does a 24/7 AI receptionist cost?
A fixed build of $1,500 for the first 10 clients (the founders offer), then from $3,500. After that, $297 a month, which includes the phone line and 300 voice minutes; extra minutes are $0.35 each. The build is paid half to start and half at launch. You see the full quote before anything starts.
What does the founders offer ask of me?
An honest testimonial once it’s live and you’ve seen it work. Nothing else changes: same build, same monthly plan, same three-month minimum. It’s limited to the first 10 clients, and published founding testimonials will note the founding rate.
What does “phone line included” mean?
Your receptionist gets a dedicated local number, or you keep your existing number and forward calls to it when you don’t answer. The number and the carrier and call costs for up to 300 minutes a month are covered in the $297. No separate phone bill. Extra minutes are $0.35 each.
How soon can it start answering?
The receptionist is built and tested in about one to two weeks, and it can answer calls as soon as you approve it. Text alerts wait for US carrier approval of business texting, which can take longer; the email after every call works from day one.
Will it pretend to be a person?
No. It introduces itself as an assistant. People don’t mind talking to a useful assistant; they do mind finding out later that “Sarah” wasn’t real.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It says so and offers to take a message. That’s built in and tested on purpose, because a confident wrong answer costs more than no answer.
How do I get the messages?
By email, a minute or two after each call ends: name, phone, email, what they need, how urgent it is, and a log of the interaction. You can get a text alert as well.
Who sees my callers’ information?
You do, in the email after every call. The receptionist only asks for name, phone, email, website and the reason for calling, never sensitive personal information. I monitor performance only to find what it couldn’t answer and fix it. Caller details aren’t shared or sold and aren’t used to train other systems. For regulated businesses, we’ll agree retention and access on the fit call.
Can it go on my website too?
Yes, as an add-on, quoted on the fit call. The phone line is the main product, because that’s where most missed business goes.
Can it book appointments or take payments?
Booking can often be added, depending on the calendar you use. I’ll tell you on the fit call. It doesn’t take payments, and in regulated work like legal, medical or financial advice it routes and takes messages; it doesn’t advise.
What if my business is quiet?
If you get a few calls a week, answer them yourself. You’ll do it better. I’ll say that on the fit call rather than sell you something you don’t need.
Can I cancel?
After the first three months, yes, with a month’s notice. If you want to run it yourself, I hand over the knowledge base and setup notes.
Is your website the real problem?
If your site is hacked, slow or hard to find, fewer people see your number in the first place. The receptionist and the Site Rescue are separate services, and you don’t need one to buy the other.
Next step
Stop losing the calls you never hear about.
Try the assistant in the corner of this page. If it’s the kind of thing you’d want answering your phone, send me a note with your business and roughly how many calls you miss a week. I’ll reply within one business day to book the fit call. Founders offer: the first 10 clients get the build for $1,500 fixed.
Calls Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Eastern. Outside those hours, text the same number; I’ll see it first thing the next business morning.
